This is my attempt to keep myself on the straight and narrow where food is concerned.I have C.F.S and am going through the Menopause, I know what foods help and which hinder,this has however proved to be useless knowledge when sabbotaged by a tendency to succumb to chocolate and crisps on a regular basis. Perhaps recording things will help, and if you feel you could add anything to motivate me to stay on the straight and narrow please feel free to chip(Oh I love these too much as well!!!) in.
